Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the immediate digital nature of our educational content, analytics tools, and community access, all sales are considered final. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
1. General Policy
ArthaLearn ("we", "us") provides immediate access to digital proprietary information, software tools, and real-time data upon subscription. Therefore, we do not offer refunds once a payment is processed, except as explicitly required by Indian law.
2. No Refunds for "Change of Mind"
We do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind or lack of usage of the platform.
- Dissatisfaction with market performance or personal trading losses.
- Failure to attend webinars or utilize community features.
- forgetting to cancel a subscription before the renewal date.
3. Exceptions (Technical Connectivity)
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund ONLY if:
- The ArthaLearn platform is technically unavailable (server downtime) for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours.
- The issue is solely attributable to ArthaLearn's infrastructure and not due to the user's internet connection, device, or third-party broker APIs.
To request an exception, you must email support@arthalearn.com with proof of downtime within 3 days of the incident.
4. Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time via your Account Settings. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No further charges will be made to your payment method.
- No pro-rata refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current cycle.
5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding payments or refunds are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City, State], India. Chargebacks without prior communication will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account and blacklisting from future services.
